Behind Panna Pathways is a passionate educator and mentor dedicated to shaping careers and unlocking individual potential. With a Ph.D. in Management and a strong foundation in workplace psychology and human behavior, she brings both academic depth and real-world experience to her work.
As a former Training and Placement Officer, she has closely guided students and professionals, helping them navigate career paths with clarity and confidence. She is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer, EQ (Emotional Intelligence) Trainer, and Career Counsellor, with additional expertise in Memory Management and Human Behaviour Counselling.
Her approach focuses on building not just skills, but mindset, confidence, and long-term growth.
